Trylagen™
INCI: Pseudoalteromonas Ferment Extract, Hydrolyzed Wheat Protein, Hydrolyzed Soy Protein, Tripeptide 10 Citrulline, Tripeptide 1. TRYLAGEN® is a combination of active peptides and proteins that can fight the processes that affect the quantity and quality of collagen as we age, it also inhibits the production of human MMP-2 and MMP-3, therefore avoiding excessive collagen damage in aged skin. Its anti-collagenase activity protects collagen from degradation as we age. It acts at three different stages in the life of collagen: synthesis, formation and degradation.
Collagen boosting- Selectively boosts the synthesis of Collagen I, III and IV. Helping to compensate for our decreased production as we age.
Collagen organization- Controls uniformity of fibril diameter and the regular spacing of collagen fibrils when the fibrils are formed, ensuring the correct organisation of the collagen network
Collagen protecting- Protects collagen from degradation and glycation characteristic of aged skin.

L-Carnosine has the remarkable ability to rejuvenate cells and connective tissue, restoring normal appearance and extending cellular lifespan, it also prevents skin collagen cross-linking, which leads to loss of elasticity and wrinkles, As a potent antioxidant, l-Carnosine effectively quenches even the most destructive of free radicals, the hydroxyl radical.

N-Acetyl Glucosamine
N-Acetyl Glucosamine is a major component of Hyaluronic Acid, an important polysaccharide in our dermis that decreases with age. This amino sugar is a useful "building block" in maintaining skin thickness. In addition, it has been shown that topical application of N-Acetyl Glucosamine and Niacinamide can increase collagen production and significantly reduced hyperpigmentation, age spots, and uneven melanin distribution.

Hyaluronic Acid
A natural complex sugar found in all mammals, it’s a major component of the connective tissue matrix in the dermis-the dense, inner layer of skin beneath the epidermis. This matrix is made up of HA as well as two connective fibers-collagen and elastin. By its nature, hyaluronic acid retains water like a sponge, absorbing as much as 1000 times its weight. This helps to attract and maintain water within the extra cellular space, hydrating your skin and increasing its volume and density. HA is also (1) involved with the transport of essential nutrients to the skin’s viable cells. (2) provides volume, helping to contribute to the skin’s overall appearance.

Betulinic Acid
Betulinic acid actively inhibits the enzyme elastase to prevent/correct the loss of elastic fibers responsible for skin suppleness. It stimulates collagen synthesis and inhibits the inflammatory processes by protecting against protein kinases. It inhibits melanogenesis to achieve skin lightening and improve skin tone and clarity.

Magnesium Ascorbyl Phosphate
A potent vitamin c and a free radical scavenger. It improves skin elasticity by enhancing collagen production and protects skin from oxidation includes UV rays, also helps lighten uneven skin tone and pigment.

Vitamin B3 ( Niacinamide )
Vitamin B3. Niacinamide (Vitamin B3) increases the rate of skin exfoliation and increases moisture barrier repair. Both Boswellia Serrata and Pomegranate extract has the ability to enhance the anti-inflammatory results by working with all the ingredients in our collagen serum.

MMPs are a family of proteases capable of degrading extracellular matrix proteins. This family is involved in cellular processes including cell proliferation, cell migration, angiogenesis, and apoptosis.

Pomegranate Extract
