small bumps on cheeks please help!

For the most part i have really clear skin combo/ dry skin. I cleanse, exfoliate, and moisturize. I do all the things i am supposed to. I have had them since teenage years i am 27 now. They are tiny little bumps that appear on my cheeks. They are just under the skin and are flesh colored. They never turn to white heads or larger bumps. I have no idea what they are all i know is i can't pop them and i have had them for a long time.

I was wondering if anyone else has this problem or any idea how to get rid of them. PLease help!
