ship ship ship ship... already!

{#emotions_dlg.thumbdown} My order of 2 days ago is still processing. I seriously would love to know why in 2 days an order is not processed. I know I'm not alone and I rarely vent here, but come on!

Thanks - time to go shopping in the real world, or stick to websites that ship timely. I may be in L.A. next week, I should stop by the salon.
