Im my research it takes forever for much to change in the cosmetic industry. The brand 100% Pure has been using food safe natural plant dyes for along time. They use bluberries and the like, instead of chemicals. They source pigments from fruit, vegetables, tea, and cocoa to avoid commonly used FD&C colorants and heavy metal dyes. They are also cruelty-free and vegan.

Good to know. I have delved into this method in the past. It was a different brand and too far back to remember, but it didn't stay. Just didn't last the day. They'll probably all start perfecting this method now because they know what's coming. (It's bound to!) I've been using current cosmetics for too long. I'm probably doomed!

@poregirl 100% Pure was a wonderful brand when I bought it here many years ago. I gave it to my nieces and they loved it too! We loved the caffeine eye cream and the spf tinted moisturizer. I thought they went out of business but just checked and their website is up. Happy to see it!

Check the preservative they usually use.  If you get a rash, could be it.  A common one and hard to avoid.
