red bumps on cheeks from tinted moisturizer???

I am using Josie Maran argan oil and tinted moisturizer. Getting red bumps on lower cheeks and the only thing different I am using is the tinted moisturizer. Just wondering if anyone else has noticed this. I really hope it is not a Josie Maran product causing this.
