Hi there. I just recieved my Dr. Denese RestoreEyes eye cream. I have a question about the packaging that I hope someone can answer for me. I got the little jar of eye cream but there was no shrink wrap or plastic type seal on the outside of the jar. After removing the lid it was simply a plastic, lift-off disc underneath. Is this normal? I was surprised there was no tamper-evident kind of plastic around the jar itself or a seal of some sort? I'd really appreciate it if anyone can tell me if this is the way it always comes before I put it on my eyes. Thanks!
