For a person who has pretty good skin, I don't think they will see a major improvement no matter what OTC product is used. A person who literally uses nothing will see the most improvement in their skin. So if these clinical tests use people who use Lava Soap on their face, then of course their product will show results.

I know with expensive lotions and potions I want to see measured lab results, not what woman in a clinical study thought they saw or felt.
