My cuticles always look terrible. They are dry and always peeling, cracking or bleeding. The TIPS lady always says not to push them back or trim them, and she talks about how they will recede naturally if you use the TIPS product. That just sounds strange to me, though I haven't really been diligent about using the TIPS. Anyway I think I've gotten addicted to using cuticle remover! I use it and my nails look so much neater and cleaner, it sort of melts my cuticles away and I just scrape them off and push the remaining cuticle back. I wonder if in fact I'm really doing harm to my nails? I have heard cuticles are there to protect your nail or something. Anybody??
