preview TSV for IT cosmetics????????

Has anyone tried the it cosmetics TSV?I love her foundation & I wonder if the illumination is just right or too shiny .I also love the idea of bye bye under eye in a wand.the other items I can do without & im feeling a bit guilty for my purchase in pursuit of the perfect makeup.has anyone tried it?ordered it? Any thoughts?
