i am looking for a foundation that will look really good in flash photography.  My daughter is getting married next Saturday.  I have heard Makeup Forever Ultra HD is good.  I bought some and it is  just "okay" to me.    I really like my Laura Geller Balance n Brighten over it though.  I don't want to use too much makeup and end up looking "cakey".  Has anyone tried Dior Airflash or Sephora's Spray foundation?  I would appreciate any recomendations!  :

I really like Revlon Colorstay Whipped. If you can get the color right, it's a very nice foundation. You can get good coverage from it, or sheer it out for less coverage. If you like the MUFE HD that you bought with the Laura Geller B&B over it, go with that. Don't try to get too much coverage, that is when it looks heavy or cakey. If you have to use that much to get the coverage that you want, you would be better off using a foundation that has more pigment/coverage. Apply the makeup that you have, have someone take a picture & see if you like the result. If not, stop at Sephora or Mac or a counter that you like & tell them what you need & have them try a few things to get the look that you want. You will look great & I hope you have a wonderful day at the wedding!

HI RHondab

I have not tried the brand of foundation you mentioned I use foundation by a cruelty free company called Sappho , also use one by Ilia Beauty . More important than the brand is the fact that it should have no sunscreen in it I read a few different makeup artist blogs and the one thing they say is that if a foundation whether liquid cream or powder has an SPF in it would not not photograph well . good luck in your search and congratulations on the wedding !!
