Has anyone had a problem with the rewards system on the Philosophy website.  I have been a faithful customer for many years and purchase something from them yearly.  I had over 12,000 points and they were taken from me.  They sent me an e-mail stating I had seven days to purchase something or they would be removed.  The policy is a purchase must be made within 12months to retain the points.  I had purchased $70 worh of products in March of 2021.  I tried talking with several people, including a supervisor.  No reason why.
