I just recieved my Perricone neuropeptide face activator and facial cream..

the face activator was not sealed in anyway. It was in a box. My first purchase of both products.. I have bought other Perricone but it seemed like they came sealed. Is this normal? Did i get shipped a Q return? for this kind of $ i guess i expected to be sealed. Please help
