@Vamp,  I would never purchase the Clarisonic.  The idea of brushes on my facial skin does not appeal to me.  I recently purchased the Pop Sonic Leaflet and you are able to set the speed like you are washing with a face cloth but much, much better.  LOVE this tool but have only been using it when I remove my makeup.  It removes all the makeup and rinses easily.My skin is soft and smooth in a good way.

Another interesting topic!  I've wondered if the Clarisonic was a bit much for some people. I use a Buff Puff (gentle), once a day, I've exfoliated all my life, and (knock wood) my skin looks pretty good.  I try to take care of it, and use sun screen.
