o/t anyone with severe cervical stenosis?

I have severe cervical stenosis with moderate pressure on the cord. I am trying different pain control and going in for my first cervical epidural. I have severe shoulder pain for the last couple of days. I'm hoping I don't need surgery.

I also have herniated dsc of the lumbar spine with stenosis and sciatica. I had three epidurals and i am much better.

What has helped your pain?
