Not sure I worded that right. Have had a number of cranky phone calls lately with Directv about the cost of our service as well as upgrading some of our equipment. Had to pretty much threaten to stop our service and go elsewhere to get some some action a few days ago. Today I had to call about a charge for equipment we ended up not having installed. With most of these calls, being nice got me nowhere. I had about four phone conversations with different CS reps to get to someone who took action regarding our equipment upgrades and the various charges they were throwing at me.
Why is you have to get angry for CS to take care of something? Obviously they can fix or do things when you get angry? Why not just do it without all the drama?
I bet I have a big red X by my name at Directv. Anyhoo, just venting and a little frustrated.
