o/t Bachelor Finale- Spoiler!!!!!!

For anyone who recorded it but hasn't watched yet don't read any further!!!! Just wondering what other Bachelor fans thought of the finale and Chris' final choice. I was disappointed even though I was pretty certain for a few weeks it would be Whitney. I was sorry he let Kaitlyn go, I liked her. And I think he really was attracted to Becca and cared for her but she was unfortunately just too "iffy" about their future. I got the feeling her chose Whitney almost by default so he would have someone but it didn't seem like someone he was absolutely crazy about. I hope he's ready to listen to her talk non stop for the next 40 years, she never seems to stop. She even took over the proposal and did all the talking before Chris could speak, which was unusual. Well, just my opinion. Can't wait for May and the The Bachelorette!!!!!

I could never take Whitney's voice or her non stop blabbing. I wanted to slap the smirk off her face in Bali when Chris dumped Kaitlyn. Whitney did the hard sell to Chris' parents and siblings, spewing her love for Chris and her love for all things farming. If Becca would have shown an ounce of love towards Chris, he would have chosen her. But she would never move to Iowa from San Diego. No way.

Totally agree! Whitney was chosen by default. It was clear that he cared deeply for Becca. I don't think that Chris looked particularly happy during the After the Rose ceremony. I thought the hug and embrace that he gave Becca said it all. To me, it seemed he didn't want to let her go ... Sad. Whitney's voice and constant talking may drive him away. I doubt that Whitney will even make it to the farm to live! Time will tell!

While we are at it, was Whitney super charged, hyped up or what last night? It was awful to watch. Becca was so calm, as always! Agree, the proposal was embarrassing to watch also as Whitney just took over. I thought she might propose to Chris (lol).. That had to be a first ever for the show.

Whitney does talk a lot. Did Chris say he owned 800 acres? There's lots of places to hide in 800 acres! Seriously, his family likes Whitney. That meant a lot to Chris. Plus, Becca was so fearful acting. Indecisive. Whitney is a better catch than anything Chris could find in town, no doubt.

You are all too funny! And considering Chris and his family seemed to be the only people in town, then I guess finding someone on the Bachelor was his only hope and Whitney seemed to be the only one totally and completely thrilled with Arlington.

True --- But ...do you think he is really 'in love' with her? I just don't -- based on his proposal and behavior on the show last night. I agree Becca obviously was not ready to commit, and he was left with Whitney. Just think that his family may tire of Whitney rather quickly. Wait until she starts whining, missing her career, etc,

The fact that Whitney has no family - except for the sister who was not supportive, may have played into her quick love of Chris, his family, and the huge farm. I have never been to Iowa, but would think it would still be a huge adjustment from living in Chicago and having a job she loved and friends. Whitney came across as needy from the beginning. The farm was beautiful, but had such a lonely look as well. Hope she isn't a Starbuck's gal!!!

I did not get that vibe at all, I felt he liked Whitney all along. Becca was sweet and sincere but you could tell that she was not ready to commit.
