not even poor...TERRIBLE packing for shipment!!!

I received my package for day 1 of the doorbuster sales in the mail today. I ordered 3 AG hand soaps, 3 AG body butters and 4 gift bags. It came literally ALL just dumped into a small box, no packaging, bubble wrapping or anything - including zero samples. 2 of the handsoaps were damaged and it was enough to ruin the gift bags. Needless to say, I was HIGHLY disappointed in the quality of this shipment!! I will call phil first thing tomorrow and I hope they will make it right. They have in the past so I hope they will this time too. I am so disappointed that busyness (sp?) equals poor quality from phil. They can do better than this!!!
