new ulta. ? blow-out fridays

we have a new Ulta, opening friday. i see they offer a $20.00 blow-out (wash, included).

has anyone tried this or any of their salon services and what did you think? i know they get bashed for customer service, in general. they are having some good grand opening specials, so i'm interested. thanks.
