might go to Ulta for the first time today - any advice?

I might be driving through a town with an Ulta and since I've never been or ordered online, how close to Sephora is it? I'm surrounded by Sephoras but rarely go in anymore. I want to visit Ulta to pick up the Tarte vit c eye cream so I figured I'd ask for any advice.

Not interested in make up, only looking for skin care brands of bath items/lines. TIA! Smiley Happy
