lacura ultra firming mask

can anyone tell me how to use this mask? the print on the back is so small that I cannot even read it w/a magnifying glass; I have macular degeneration and this print (along w/many others) is very hard to read; manufacturers should be aware of this and print their directions etc., in black; some cosmetic vendors at qvc/hsn are culprits. thanks Lacura ultra firming mask.
