l'occitane shea butter lotion -anyone else?

Has anyone else had the problem of getting a skin rash from this product? I called L'occitane and they said that they do not receive and complaints on this of anyone getting a rash. They said maybe this is a bad batch. I'm so sorry this happened. I thought I had found a body lotion I could love. Now I have to send it back.
