I started a thread asking the same question.   I can't seem to locate Jessica on facebook, but then I am not experienced with facebook.   I'll keep searching and let you know what I find.

Jessica responded.  It's Essie Penny Talk.  I have had this polish for a couple years.  Will have to put it on again and see what I think.

Penny Talk is difficult to apply. It's very metallic and it's hard to get a smooth, straight stroke/line.

I just read some reviews, most said color was very pretty, but chips badly and difficult to apply yourself.
