if LightStim stimulates collagen production

Would it stand to reason that it may help with sagging ? I have some sagging along the jawline and a very pesky marionette line on one side of my face. Has anyone had any success with using the LightStim or any similar device for this type of issue? Also, I've never heard anyone mention whether or not it might help with horizontal lines on the neck. Those lines would technically be considered a wrinkle, right?
