Re: how to return shampoo set?

@SeaGal-

Thanks.  That's a great tip considering these deductible self-return labels have gone up in cost.

I always do a comparison at the post office first to see the most economical way to return and go from there.

I'll check into the $5.95 flat rate box.  I don't return much either..  However, seems I've had a stroke of bad luck lately with item quality not up  to par, arriving broken or totally different than represented.

Thanks again,  SeaGal.

Re: how to return shampoo set?

thank you for helping me with your answers. I am torn because of the shipping, and it was an expensive SS organic set.

I think I will just give it to my niece for her children to use.I think it would work for them. IT is pretty drying though .

I was going to empty out the bottles. I did not think it was stealing! really, the hosts hammar the return policy over and over- and I can keep it and use it to the end of Jan. and if I don't like it send it back- how much would be left in Jan.

but I will call customer serice and see if I can empty it and return it -if they say ok I would not be stealing it.

I am not a big returner, it just kills me to pay the shipping and not use the product but this is a bigger purchase and a total fail.

thanks again for your ideas and imput.
