I bought a shampoo/conditioner set and it is making my hair so dry, and I do not have dry or colored hair. Just natural color.
I would like to return it but am at kind of a loss as to how.
also, could keep it as a body wash or hand wash? It is the Suzanne organics coconut set.
thanks for any tips. i think you cannot send liwuids throught the mail except with special shipping?might leak?

You can return them. I don't know what the packaging is like, but I'm guessing it's a pump bottle. Over your sink, press the pump down (you'll expell some product) and turn it to lock it back in place like it was when it was new. Pack them in the box with some bubble wrap or shredded paper to cushion the bottles.

you bought this from HSN? Call their Customer Service and tell them what you wrote here. Did the item come with a return label you can use? Maybe it has to be returned UPS if it's a liquid.

Let us know what you do, I always just struggle thru with product and don't return and I really should just return.

She is currently with Evine. I don't know what you paid for this set, but you will pay postage both ways with them. If you live some distance a heavy pkg will kill you postage wise.

If you want to keep and not return, you could use the shampoo to clean your comb, hair brush and makeup brushes. You can also use it to hand wash intimate apparel. You can use conditioner as shaving lotion.

Empty both bottles down the drain and return the emoty bottles, you won`t being paying for weight and can even return in an envelope.

The rule about liquids you're thinking of is really about flammable materials and HAZMAT items, not liquids. You can mail shampoo and conditioner ground or air. Some items can't be mailed at all and some can be mailed as long as they are shipped ground only. That's why an order containing nail polish or perfume will often take longer to get to you than an order with shampoo. Sephora, for example, notifies you when you include certain products that they can only be shipped ground and can't be included in a 2-day shipment.

THIS ^^^^^^
Then go to the post office and grab one of their $5.95 shipping boxes, that would probably be the cheapest way to return it. Sorry it didnt work for you dnna.

You can certainly return both bottles. I'd do what another poster suggested ie, squjirt out excess, lock down pump as it was sent to you. You could place a piece of plastic wrap over the top of it too.
Wrap them up, place in a box. Like this site & hsn, download & print a return label, slap it on your package, drop off at post office or UPS, no questions asked because you already have a prepd label on it. DONE.
