how many pumps? first/second cleanse

Ok I am beyond new to WEN.Ordered the TSV excited to try it. Now I am hearing people talk about first and second cleasnse....Well how many pumps am I supposed to use of this stuff for each cleanse? My hair it just past my shoulders.

I feel like I am getting more and more confused
