how far can I push my Wen Gallon AD?

How long do you have to reinstate a cancelled AD of the Wen gallons. I basically cancelled both of my AD gallons because I needed to delay longer than the February cut off I had. I've since reinstated and received one of them. I'm not sure if I need other and I'm wondering what the cut off date to reinstate it would be?

Don't know if there is a cut off or not. I delayed my second AD gallon until this week, thinking if it got any closer to June the opportunity might vanish. Good luck to you.
