Hi ladies. last week I indulged and ate 3 bowls of cereal before bedtime and the next day I gained 4 pounds.

Yes, I know I shouldnt be whining and I shouldnt be vain but do understand Im short and have a very small frame and 4 extra pounds results being unable to button up my pants comfortably and you can actually see the extra pounds on my bottom bulging from my pants.

I went down to 1000 calories for 5 days hoping I could get it off but alas the 4 pounds is still there.

does anyone who struggles with weight control have any ideas. I have cut out salt thinking it may be water retention but no luck
