Well another option is to use the Caruso system, with the steam rollers. I do use it and it works well; I need to get more rollers though so I can leave them in the full time necessary. I don't think the steam damages hair but I guess I'm not really sure. I still use the SC for heat protection though. Not sure why I even want to try any other hot rollers since these do work! Just a beauty tool junkie Smiley Wink

Happy to hear you use the wen styling creme. However since you experienced immediate damage I would discontinue use of the hot rollers...they may damage your hair further.

This poster nailed it. I would lose the hot rollers. I know some are good at rolling hair. I'm spaz at it so I don't but maybe turn down the heat?
