help, i need suggestions.....

need a shower scrub for my grandma, as i just finished up surfer girl and i dont know of any current shower scrubs, besides the new exfoiliating one.

do you know of any from any other brands that arent too grainy, like the tub scrubs are.

i dont want her to be uncomfortable, but i need it to be scrubby, because i dont feel like she gets clean otherwise.

and she is so frail, that i feel like i am just shoving her all over the place with a washcloth or netty-thing.

any scrubs you know of (for shower) would be appreciated,
