yessiree,  this posting is Doomed but while we can still express an opinion-  These women set themselves up as moderators of Beauty.  Watch any of their videos and you'll be guided to what is right for you, according to their superior knowledge.  Very self assured, ironically condescending, judgmental.  I always wonder if they have magic mirrors that show them what they want to see.  What I see is often someone who could use a beauty advisor themselves, not someone qualified to direct anyone else.   The vendors who've been hired to advise are constantly, repeatedly interrupted by the host with the " I use this color, I apply such and such thusly..."  I'm not a _____ girl....."  pronouncement.  The closest word I can think of at this hour is sanctimonious, though that may sound a bit harsh.
