the last time i got a gallon there was a totally different kind of pump. does anyone else have the problem that i'm having-- i've used it once and yesterday noticed that there is cc that got sucked up the tube but didn't make it out through the dispenser. it leaked out of the top of the bottle where the cap screws on and was dripping down the side of the gallon. as far as i can tell, i assembled the pump correctly and screwed it on the right way as well. i really don't want to be wasting cc or having to clean up the bottle after every use or having to clean my shower more often than i already do because cc is leaking everywhere.

anyone else have this issue or have any suggestions? thanks!

Jenny's kid, The last gallon of Wen I received from the Q arrived with a regular, black, 32 oz pump with a straw like extension to add to it. I called CS - no help at all, send it back, yada, yada, yada. I called the number on the jug, sent a phone photo, they mailed me a regular, white gal. pump no charge. GoTeam WEN!

Just email customerservice@chazdean.com and tell them the problem and give them your name and mailing address. They'll send you a new pump. It's faster and easier to just email.

I've gotten 3 gallons this year and haven't had an issue with the pumps.

Hi just 2 weeks ago maybe I emailed the same chaz dean customer service mentioned earlier because the gallon pump I had was broken. They sent me a new one at no charge and it was very fast! The customer service is the best!

I had offered to buy a new pump since it was for a gallon almost a year old but they sent it for free.

Good to know that Wen will replace the pump if necessary! Just curious if you guys switch pumps when opening a new gallon of the same formula? I just opened my newest gallon of TT but didn't use the new pump. The pump in my now empty gallon was working fine so I simply transferred it to the new gallon and put the new pump in the closet to use when needed....
