gallon pump...need help

So somehow the lower part of the pump (the plastic "straw" part) has fallen off the "pump" part......INTO my gallon. (Insert game show loser music)...

Now I can't find it, let alone get it out.

Can someone tell me who to contact to get a replacement pump? Of course..I threw away all my others.

same thing happened to me a few years ago....I got a replacement from the salon Smiley Happy
