foundation for hot weather

I wish I could go without foundation in hot weather, but I have red uneven skin tone and sun damage. Any recommendations for a foundation that holds up with heat and humidity?

A friend  told me she just saw an ad for cover girl luminous foundation saying it was for hot/humid weather so I am going to look into that.

 

I hope someone has other suggestions that they have tried since right now my foundation runs off my face in weather like this.

 

I can't wear anything powder so has to be a liquid.
