foundation and pressed powder

I've been using neutrogena. It isn't bad, but I need to try something else. I just can't decide, and the ones I'm looking at are spendy. So I want to buy something I know is good.

Concerns/needs:

1. dry under eye area

2. Needs to cover sun damage/redness

3. Occasional acne

4. Able to last all day

Ideas for foundation and pressed powder?
