Went yesterday (Monday) and as the angels were singing their hearts out, my hair was being whacked off with wild abandon--oohh so dramatic--will tone it down---

it's been almost 5 months since my last real cut--had a very mini trim, as  my son got married in Sept and I didn't want that just cut look to my hair for the wedding--then my stylist colored my hair-  also for the wedding--not a good outcome, she is far better at cutting---then she had a mild stroke and when she came back--far to soon, IMO--she was given ONLY 25 minutes to cut my hair---she was so angry and still not feeling well-- I was worried about her being back too soon----so got another mini trim--that was kind of scary---finally she is doing well and gave me a great cut as well as a free styling. That is another extra service these days----still have the color I dislike but that will get cut off eventually--just glad to have my hair back in shape----

Lol @wagirl our hair has a way of making us "oh so dramatic" when we're not happy with it.  No one wants to put up with a bad hair day.  I had one yesterday but the 2 16 year old girls I was with said how much they liked my hair. I think they just felt for me. It's way too long and the warm toned brown that I colored it for Fall now has that lovely brassy look. I'm hoping to color it today to the darker cool toned espresso that I prefer.

@tansy ---I know!!!  The person who booked it was a man that I think is a stylist too----not sure he was the manager or what ,but he should know better---from what I heard--this guy is not very well liked around there for that kind of stunt. Makes me think I should ask how much time I am being given when I make my appointments. and you know--a good angel song is always welcomed

Glad you got your haircut!  I am not even going to say how long it's been since I had a trim even.  Yikes!  It's just been one thing after another and this always falls to the bottom of the list.  Oh, well.
