does anyone know if Argen Oil has any reaction if used on top of Renova...because my face feels very dry....

after washing my face the following night and around my mouth and chin is red and very dry with flakes. I have been using Renova for about 3 ms I switched for winter I was using RetinA for the warmer days. Tk
