does anybody know what is going on with the tarte ad plan?

the tarte 3 in one gift collection  a264301 was suppose to have 2 more shipments and now when i look at my plan nothing is showing up.Does anybody else have this with their lan or is it just mine?

I received the one you have pictured and show my next delivery is 10-6.  Are you sure you didn't accidentally cancel it?

This is the type of question that should be asked of QVC customer service. Have you given them a call?
