defective spray pump

After only a few usages, the spray pump on my bottle of AG EDP no longer works. This is the second time this has happened. The first time, I threw the bottle away, but I'm not willing to do that this time. Am contacting Philosophy tomorrow (today is Sunday) and asking for a refund - don't want to take a chance on a replacement. Anyone else have this problem?
