I got a 2-oz tube of Exfolikate in one of those Customer Choice Awards samplers and cannot recommend it highly enough.  It really cleans out your pores.  It's too expensive for me to buy, but if I could I would never be without it.  I got a couple of exfoliating cleansers, and they're all right, but they just don't do the job that Exfolikate does.  I was wondering how she could get away with charging so much for it.  Now I know!

You say "suddenly". How suddenly? Have you started using ANYTHING new on your face in that time span that could be the culprit?
