Get 2% BHA from paula's choice. I had been trying to get rid of them since I was 11. 30+ years later this product did the trick. Check out her skin balancing line. Watch some wayne goss videos on youtube - he struggled with them as well.

H2O and the SF sugar is all I use as my a.m. face wash.

I dampen my face w/ warm water (warm to expand the pore wall) and then I put about a half-dollar-size of the sugar in my palm, and then massage that over my face.

At that point I really don't have to dilute anything (unless I wanted/needed to). It is a very soft abrasion.

I give a little extra attention to any vulnerable spot...11's, nose (where blackheads could occur), mouth/lips, neck.....

Brush my teeth and then rinse off (still warm water - I do not want to constrict the pore wall, because I want my follow up treatment to penetrate better) using a Clientele sponge.
