I purchased Retinician from Isomers last viait.  When I opened it, I found that both bottles had leaked.  I went to use it at night and found it to be runny like a liquid.  Is this the consistency it shouldd be.  Any help would be appreicated.  Also, has any one found this to be effacatious?

I would have stopped right there and called CS for a replacement.  If you bought it from QVC, I don't know what their policy is for this issue.  If from Amazon, they would (and have) told me to keep it and they'd ship out another.
