augh MOLD in my Clarisonic

I am a self proclaimed germ-a-phobe I am constantly washing and sanitizing things.

I have the Clarisonic Mia and LOVE it! Use it once a day and let it dry between uses. Today when I took off the brush head to clean I noticed an tiny spot of brown mold down under the center unit that vibrates the brush head. Well......once I started poking around more brown mold started to come out!!!!{#emotions_dlg.scared}

I ended up prying out the outer ring (the thin flat doughnut shaped piece of plastic the sits around the center piece that vibrates) and found MOLD, alot of mold. I used a small, bristled dental brush and rubbing alcohol to thoroughly clean.

I am SOOOOO grossed out! Is prying apart the unit part of the regular cleaning???

I have NO IDEA if I am going to be able to put the unit back together, but at least I will not be cleaning my face with a moldy unit.
