One tiny drop is all it took because the oil spread into an inch long stain. I called the shoe dept. manager at the store where I bought them. I asked her if there was anything she could do to help me as I had thrown away the box and reciept. I did however, use the store's credit card and they could see I bought them there. The woman was so nice to me! She said if I brought them in, she would give me a new pair. They didn't even have any of that stlye left. I picked out another pair, a little more expensive, and was told to take them, but they would have to keep the box. Ladies, be careful you don't drop any oil on your Uggs or shoes like them. I could not believe how nice that store was to me. I honestly didn't think they would do that! I told the truth about the oil, totally blaming myself, I explained how much I loved the boots. I guess that was a once in a lifetime return.
