No, I haven't tried this. If you want a non-prescription product, you might check out Mad Hippie Vitamin A Serum. It's relatively new (maybe a couple of months), but it's being well received. It's compared to Tretinoin. I believe magemay is using it and likes it so much that she's on her second bottle.

Green Cream was all the rage on this board a few years back

It was the rage about 10 years ago, probably not nearly as potent in comparison to the products out there now.

I tried either the 6 or 9 green cream and it totally burned my face! Be careful. The retinol is very potent in it. I should have started with the most mild formulation.

I've used Green Cream and really liked it. The consistency is like a creamy gel, not greasy at all, best for those with oily skin. It's probably not moisturizing enough for those with dry skin.

Green Cream comes in .3, .6 and .9% which is nice if you want to gradually get your skin used to a retinol product by using the .3 and stepping up to the higher percentages.

With menopause, my skin changed from oily to normal and I've 'graduated' to using Retin-a, lol.

.9% is nothing compared to PTR 1.5% , and I am sure there are even stronger ones. I think Green Cream is heavy on the alcohol too.
