I have a Dermawand. I've discovered that it breaks up bruises quickly. If you get any type of injection from Juve to Botox and get a bruise and need to have it go away fast. After you've gone thru the icing thing for 12 to 24 hours, use the Dermawand to help break up the blood causing the bruise.

I used it faithfully for at least 6 months and did not do a darn thing for me.

It definitely helps to eliminate under eye puffiness and keep acne at bay. When I first bought it, I did an hour session (not recommended) and I couldn't believe how well my face responded in terms of a lifted look. I used it for close to a year and when I took a break, I noticed. Over the past two years, I moved on to other devices, but I still pull this out every now and again.

You can buy high frequency machines on Amazon for far less than the Dermawand. In my opinion, they are "stronger", but less convenient.

I sold mine on eBay after giving it the 'ol college try. Nothing even remotely remarkable or beneficial for my needs.
