Re: another "back to normal" for me.....

@beach-mom --I never had issues with ingrown nails until just this past year or so--not sure where that came from, but I do go monthly for the nail girls to cut them out---I guess another little "perk" to getting older----one I can do without Woman Frustrated

@rockygems123 ---and how is your ankle doing? I'm nearly back to normal, maybe 85%,  but have my days when this ankle just screams at me---Dr. said to expect another 6 months of recovery so have been trying to push forward and get as much walking in as I can, weather permitting. I need a new hobby!!Woman Embarassed

@wagirl - Same! I was like, where did THIS come from? I too rely on my technician to handle them!   Smiley Wink

@wagirl .  At my first PT visit 5 weeks after the break, the PT thought he had the wrong x-rays as it showed healed, much faster than anticipated.  Drank LonoLife bone broth with collagen for months before, thinking that had a lot to do with the healing.  In the boot I also walked a lot going to estate sales, work related stuff didn't stop.

Mine yells at me too to put on the lightweight nylon ankle strap if I've walked too much.

Now we get to enjoy summer with our "new" ankles lol!

Re: another "back to normal" for me.....

I was hospitalized in December for Osteomyelitis in my left foot. It was due to a very rare genetic mutation I have, not due to a pedicure. Needless to say, I haven't had my feet done since before then. I'm not sure I'm ready to bite the bullet yet, but I envy you!

Never underestimate the power of kindness.
