I'd bet that Sassy208 and pinacoloda1 are one in the same. Look at their thread titles. Some words in caps, repeated punctuation. No other participation other than a first time post with negative feelings towards Wen.....

Just wondering which WEN products you used. Someone recommended lavender shampoo (LOL) and I was under the assumption it should be Tea Tree Oil and Cleansing Conditioner for helping with hair growth.

I love Wen and would be happy to find an alternative that is just as good due to the cost. However, every time I stray I am unhappy and my hair is not happy until I grab the Wen bottle. I can feel the difference immediately even when I am in the shower. NOPE, nothing but Wen for me.
