Yuck Undereye Puffiness :((

I don't have dark circles or droopy lids but am blessed with puffiness part due to allergies. Take medication but it's still puffy! What is the BEST product for puffiness? This is such a pain as I always look tried. Any suggestions beauties? Thanks
