I don't look like Meg Ryan much! But our hairstyles have been similar. When Top Gun came out my hair was short and darker than hers. But more than one friend said back then I had "Meg Ryan" hair.

Today our styles are still similar. My hair is wavy/curly and shoulder length. I can count on one hand the times I've used a blow dryer or curling iron. I'm not good at it! If I have something really special, DD steps in to make me look more polished.

So this picture of Meg's style is very similar to mine.

@beach-mom Ooh thank you so very much for your kind words, Beach Mom ! I love the photo that you posted of Meg Ryan's hair- I bet you're very beautiful and I bet you look so glam with your beautiful wavy Meg Ryan hair! I've always enjoyed Meg Ryan's roles in movies- she is the queen of rom coms .

Oh, you guys -- you have such great styles! I am so boring! I have hair parted in the middle and it's way past my shoulders. It is not straight and not curly. It has a mind of it's own and it controls me - not the other way around! Also, I always had full bangs but have been trying to let them grow out - so I'm wearing them to the side! This is driving me crazy! My hair tends to frizz and I end up wearing it pulled back in a clip 3/4ths of the time!!!

I have straight hair and it is in layers that hits the top of my bra. I curl it with a curling iron it and sometimes with a flat iron which held the curl better. I remember when i was in my teens and would curl my hair with rollers and some gel and it held for days with a wet set. I think for me that was the best way for my hair to hold curl.I know no one does this anymore.
